Basic Rental Fees

To get you started with the basic rental fees: $75/hour with a minimum two hours for bridal showers, baby showers and small parties. Corporate pricing is available via quote of your needs. Since your event is as important to you as it is to us, we will give quotes after we learn more of what you are expecting. Quick turnaround on the quotes too! 

Party and event rental venue Fort Worth

  • What is the price for renting the Venue? Rental is by the hour at $75/hour with a minimum of two hours.  Remember to add in time for set up and clean up. This includes round tables that are 36 inches and can seat  4-6 people around them. You can also bring in your own tables or rent from a rental company. Chairs are included along with white or black basic table cloths. 
  • What is the capacity? The fire marshal has set the capacity at 49 (seated event). But if your event is a come and go then it can be more than that. There is also a nice patio in the back that can hold many more people. During the nice temperatures it is a nice addition for your event. 
  • How do I reserve the Venue? A non-refundable $50 deposit will hold the date. We accept checks and all credit cards. 
  • What are my catering restrictions? We do not have any restrictions. You can bring in your own food or arrange for a caterer. We also can make all the catering arrangements so all you have to do is show up!
  • What decorations can I bring in? Anything you wish. Glitter is kind of discouraged!
  • Do you furnish serving platters, bowls, etc.? If you need to use platters and bowls we have plenty and can offer a quote if it is over and above the basics.  
  • Can I rent plates/china and silverware from the Venue? Yes we have china, silverware and a variety of dishes. Prices for glass items (plates or glasses) start at $2.00 per setting (plate, glass, silverware). There is a $25.00 service fee for clean up when renting glass pieces. 
  • What is the alcohol policy? You may bring in your own alcohol. While we try to have some ice on hand, it’s best to plan on bringing in your own. There is a 7-11, Walgreen’s and CVS all within a couple of blocks of the Venue. 
  • Where do we park? There are plenty of parking spaces on the south side of the building with an entrance to the Venue via the patio. It is imperative that during business hours that you park in this lot so the retail stores have ample parking for their customers. We don’t like making our neighbors unhappy. 
  • Do you have a kitchen? Yes it is a small catering kitchen with refrigerator and commercial sink. There is not an oven. 
  • What is expected for clean up? We like to think that you will leave it like you found it! It is expected that all trash is put into bags and everything tidied up. 
  • When can I come see the Venue? Just call us and we’ll make sure you get to take a look before you decide. 817-247-1200. Typically we are at the Venue during the week but call ahead just in case. 
  • What else? Diane (that’s me) is the owner and I have 30+ years in planning events. Therefore I like to offer you advice with your plans as I’ve seen it all! It makes your event go much smoother if we talk over all the details with plenty of time to make adjustments. 
  • Couple of things to note:
  • When confirming your number of people expected, keep in mind that inviting 50 people doesn’t mean 50 people will show up. Hope for a good RSVP response so you have a good idea on your final number. 
  • If you are planning to cater it yourself just know that people don’t typically pig out at events! I have not seen any event run out of food yet but have seen a lot of food go back out the door. Be conservative when deciding the amounts of food.
